As a cutting machine operator, you will produce the many metal and plastic components that make up our machines with the utmost precision. To do this, you will use cutting processes such as milling, turning and grinding. You will work with modern computer-controlled machine tools, which you will also program yourself. If necessary, to the nearest hundredth of a millimeter!
Training content
During the 3.5-year apprenticeship, you will first learn all the essential basics of metalworking.
You will then acquire knowledge and skills in milling, turning and grinding technology. Here you will have the opportunity to put your skills to the test on state-of-the-art machine tools.
You will be taught this knowledge in our training workshop. After passing the final examination part 1, you will work
in our production department.
