Job description

  • Responsibility for the central documentation and contract management of all contracts within the corporate group, including the coordination of regional contacts (e.g., commercial agreements, corporate law matters, and employment contracts)
  • Handling corporate law responsibilities (e.g., transaction approvals, shareholder resolutions, rules of procedure) and ensuring compliance with legal and corporate governance requirements
  • Developing and defining compliance guidelines, codes of conduct, and appropriate measures to ensure their implementation
  • Defining the company-wide framework for risk management, including risk appetite, risk taxonomy, risk registers, and reporting structures
  • Preparing regular risk analyses and management reports, as well as providing legal support for business negotiations, particularly with strategically important customers in Europe
  • Advising on the structuring of high-risk business transactions and projects, especially regarding liability limitations, contractual penalties, and intellectual property matters

Requirements

  • Completed degree in law, business law, corporate governance, or business administration with a focus on legal affairs, compliance, or risk management
  • Several years of professional experience in a comparable role within an internationally operating company
  • Additional qualifications or certifications, such as CCEP, ISO 37301, or comparable certifications in the areas of compliance, risk management, or data protection, are an advantage
  • Strong assertiveness and ability to enforce decisions
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
