Job description

  • You are responsible for planning, drafting and programming the control software of our manufacturing systems and machines as well as their components - with focus on automation technology
  • You optimize and adjust the control technology of the machines and systems to best meet the production requirements
  • You commission our machines and manufacturing systems both at our site and at our customers plants
  • During the commissioning process, you check the software and the machine functions

Requirements

  • Engineering degree (Dipl.-Ing., Master or Bachelor) in the field of electrical engineering, automation technology, computer science or natural sciences
  • In-depth knowledge of PLC programming and experience with industrial fieldbus systems
  • Programming knowledge in the field of safety PLCs as well as experience in dealing with machine safety regulations and drive technology
  • Strong ability to work in a team, open-mindedness and good communication skills
  • Target-, process- and quality-oriented mindset as well as independent way of working
  • Good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Willingness to travel worldwide, class B driver's license
