Job description
- Responsibility for service and maintenance work internationally
Installation and commissioning of new systems for our customers at home and abroad - Conversion of existing systems at our customers' premises
- Providing technical support to our customers both by telephone and on site
- Active participation in improvement processes and their implementation in cooperation with internal departments
- Initiating service contracts and other machine requirements as well as customer training
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a mechatronics/electronics technician (f/m/d) and/or further training as a mechanical engineering technician
- Relevant experience in mechanical engineering or special machine construction;
- Ideally good experience in mechanics, electrics, pneumatics and basic knowledge of PLC controls
- Structured, independent way of working, ability to work in a team, reliability and willingness to take responsibility
- Good comprehension skills and high quality awareness
- Customer-oriented thinking paired with an eye for the company's interests
- Good knowledge of English
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Other foreign languages an advantage
