Job description

  • Implementation of optimization projects for project management
  • Designing and analyzing assembly and testing processes
  • Supporting the entire commissioning of processes at our plant and at our customers in Germany and abroad
  • Detecting, isolating and rectifying faults in systems
  • Carrying out process validation and factory calibrations.
  • Preparation and execution of customer acceptance both in-house and at the customer's premises
  • Creation of documentation relevant to the systems
  • 3rd level support for service for complex processes

Requirements

  • Sound technical training (e.g. mechatronics, electrics, automation technology or comparable)
  • Several years of experience in using the TIA Portal, Simatic Manager or TwinCat control software required
  • Ability to abstract complex and complicated technical relationships
  • Knowledge of process validation and measuring equipment capability verification
  • Confident handling of LabView and HAHN-specific programs and program structures is desirable
  • Confident handling of MS Office programs and an ERP system (preferably AMS)
  • Very high willingness to travel nationally and internationally
