Job description

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND ACTIVITIES

The principal duties will include, but not be limited to:

• Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and offline channels aligned to key industry segments (Med-Tech, Automotive, Transformation Technologies)
• Support pipeline development by generating and nurturing qualified leads in coordination with BDMs and KAMs
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making and campaign focus
• Manage and optimize paid media campaigns (e.g., PPC, display, social ads)
• Oversee and contribute to content strategy, including blogs, case studies, technical articles, and marketing collateral
• Collaborate closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with opportunity development and revenue goals
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, lead quality, and contribution to pipeline using CRM and analytics tools
• Support Opportunity Qualification efforts through targeted campaigns, account-based marketing, and content development
• Maintain and improve CRM data quality, lead tracking, and reporting discipline
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources
• Lead or support product launches and promotional initiatives
• Maintain brand consistency across all channels and communications
• Complete lead generation activities and records as guided by Sales and Marketing leadership—including new leads, list management, and CRM data entry
• Coordinate and organize tradeshow participation—including logistics, materials, campaigns, and follow-up activities
• Maintain and update external website content, news, project portfolio entries, and SEO initiatives
• Develop and distribute original, technical content (e.g., case studies, news articles, flyers) through digital channels and public relations
• Support internal communication efforts related to company news, events, and initiatives
• Ensure all marketing activities are executed professionally to enhance the company’s brand and market presence

Requirements

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Education: College accreditation with emphasis in business administration/marketing, communications or equivalent experience, preferably from within a manufacturing firm—bachelor’s degree with concentration in marketing strongly preferred

Experience: Five years of marketing experience—marketing coordination experience from within a manufacturing industry preferred

Additional skills:
• Knowledge of business administrative and marketing principles, strategies, tactics, and procedures
• Proven experience developing and executing demand generation and multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Strong analytical skills and experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation, and analytics tools
• Ability to translate technical automation capabilities into clear, compelling customer value propositions
• Experience creating technical content, case studies, and application-driven marketing materials
• Competency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and online editing products
• Ability to communicate effectively across commercial and technical teams
• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage both strategic initiatives and detailed execution simultaneously
• High attention to detail and a self-motivated, proactive attitude
• Interest and aptitude for science, engineering, and healthcare-related content
• Willingness for occasional travel

 

PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS

As a full-time employee, this role will require approximately 40 hours per week with occasional overtime/weekend hours. As a member of HAHN Automation Group US, applicants must be able to interact safely in a manufacturing environment. This includes:

• Full body mobility with the ability to bend, stoop, climb, and lift or move 25 lbs. of weight
• The ability to walk within restricted areas of the company manufacturing plant
• Professional conduct in regards to hygiene and dress
• The ability to read and prepare business documents as well as conduct business over the telephone in a sometimes-loud environment
• The ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
• The ability to travel to customer, supplier, and/or inter-company sites via vehicle or airplane
• Valid driver’s license with driving record of acceptable risk as defined by HAHN Automation Group US’s insurance company
