· Market analysis and penetration to target customers based on strategy.
· Acquisition activities, acquiring new customers:
- Prospecting and identifying customers and their needs.
- Monitoring target market/competitors.
- Actively acquiring customers based on HAHN's strategy and experience.
· Preparation of bids according to the type of offer (equipment, add-on, upgrade, service, spare parts, etc.).
· Project planning and concept development according to customer requirements:
- Technical and commercial clarification of completed enquiries and projects,
- Independent development of technical concepts, creation of 2D layout concepts,
- Preparation of quotations after checking customer specifications,
- Project costing, coordination of contractors,
- Conducting contract award negotiations.
· Customer care and administration:
- Technical and commercial clarification of the contract with the customer and handover of the contract to the internal organisation.
- Creating orders and confirming orders in the ERP system.
- Overseeing the customer's project during order processing with the project manager.
- Claiming outstanding payments from customers.
- Coordination of service issues with customers.
- Preparation and implementation of regular customer visits and continuous contact with decision makers.
· Handing over orders to the project team/service team and their support.
· Cooperation with all departments of the employer, coordination of complex issues with specialist departments.
· Marketing activities, promotion and presentation of the employer at various events.
· Social media activities in line with the employer's marketing and PR strategy.
Education:
· Completed university studies in mechanical engineering or secondary vocational education in a technical field.
Professional experience:
· Several years of professional experience in the following areas:
· Automation.
· Several years of experience in Automation.
· Test engineering.
· General engineering.
· Electrical engineering.
· Sales (preferably).
Language skills:
· Polish as a native speaker
· Very good knowledge of English or German
· other foreign languages an advantage
Knowledge:
· CRM/ERP, 2D systém CAD,
· Fundamentals of mechanics in automation technology,
· Fundamentals of electrical engineering in automation technology
Others:
· Good IT skills (confident in using MS Office products and IT tools such as CRM or ERP systems, collaboration platforms, communication tools)
· Basics of business administration
· Analytical and conceptual skills
